Located next to the Town Hall Square in the center of Bar sur Aube, charming wine town in the heart of the Côte des Bar in Champagne, the Cafe du Commerce, beautiful establishment opened in 1871 & completely renovated in 2005 in the spirit of the 19th century welcomes you 7/7 throughout the year.

For a break in family or group (up to 100 people), you will discover the local cuisine specialties & Aube (the famous sausage cooked AAAAA in every way and even gratin with chaource cheese) or classical Brasserie cuisine, while enjoying a hill or the famous red champagne rosé Riceys.
