Boisserie, historic residence of general de Gaulle.
Nestled in the middle of two hectares of a Green Park, La Boisserie was built in 1810. Lieutenant Colonel of Gaulle bought it in 1934. After leaving power in 1946, the General settles there permanently with his wife Yvonne and their daughter Anne. In the silence of his office, general de Gaulle is working for several years to write his war memoirs. After 1969, he finds his office where he wrote the first chapters of the memories of hope.
