Become a truffle hunter during a weekend. A symbol of luxury and gastronomy, the truffle is also surrounded in mystery. In the company of Jean Genevois, our famous Head chef, and his best friend R�glisse (his dog), you can venture into the heart of the forest where this exlusive mushroom can be found. On your return to the hotel�s kitchen you will learn some culinary secrets and create exceptional dishes which will delight your friends.

The subtle tasting �Tuber Uncinatum" is probably better known as the grey Burgundy truffle. From the end of the 14th century this �grey pearl� was present in the Duke�s of Burgundy dishes.
Rediscovered about 20 years ago, truffle harvesting is carried out in forests around Chaumont.
