If you always dreamed of a beautifully set table, come and admire the high quality cutlery in Nogent-en-Bassigny, the cutlery capital. Since the 17th century Nogent has become the first internationally recognised cutlery producer.

Visit the traditional mill in Baissez where flour is produced in the same way as during the 15th century, and also the local flower grower who produces flours for haute-couture.

As always, gastronomy is not forgotten as we show you the secrets of the distillation of �eaux de vie� using ancient traditional methods.
